Our Take

A pre-shampoo priming treatment applied to dry hair before No.3 Hair Perfector. It prepares hair to absorb the subsequent treatment more effectively, extending its repair benefits. Applied from roots to ends, left for 10 minutes, then topped with No.3 before rinsing both together. The most impactful way to use Olaplex at home — but the two-step commitment does add time to wash day. Best for colour-treated, bleached, or significantly damaged curls.

How to Use

Apply to dry hair from root to tip. Leave for 10 minutes. Without rinsing, apply No.3 Hair Perfector on top. Leave for a further 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and shampoo as normal.
